Entries should provide London in Bloom with up to five images or photographs and up to one page of A4 describing why the entry should be considered for an award. Desktop judging will take place in July with finals judging in August 2012. Winners will be invited to the London in Bloom Awards in September 2012. All entries will receive a certificate
