Well what a summer, but judging by the judges reports and scores most have coped very well. What with the Queens Jubilee, Mad about Meadows and shortly the Olympic Games this has been an exceptionally busy year for everyone concerned with London in Bloom, but its almost time to start thinking about 2013. One suggestion is that we should consider a re-launch so that we can let everyone know what a great campaign London in Bloom is and that we are not all about flowers. Horticulture in all of its forms, environmental responsibility and above all community participation are the watchwords for LIB these days.
So if you have any thoughts about what we might do in the future or what we might include or cease, just let us know. You can always drop me an email peter@londoninbloom.co.uk and I will make sure your views are considered.
Hoping you all have a great summer (if we get one) and I look forward to seeing many of you at our London in Bloom Awards in September.
